Shipping

Shipping is free, everywhere we ship. Orders leave within two business days. Domestic delivery is typically three to five business days from dispatch; international is seven to twenty-one, depending on the destination and its customs.

You will get a tracking link by email when the parcel leaves us. If it has been more than ten business days domestically, or thirty internationally, tell us and we will replace it.

Duties and taxes

Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated at checkout. Orders outside the destination country may attract import duties on arrival, which are set by that country and are the recipient's to pay. We cannot calculate or absorb them.

Returns

Thirty days from delivery, for any reason or none. The bottle needs to be in a condition you would be content to receive. Return shipping is on us — ask for a label and we will send one.

Refunds go back to the original payment method within five business days of the bottle reaching us. You will get a Stripe refund notice by email when it is issued; how quickly it appears after that is your bank's business, not ours.

Arrived broken

It is glass, and couriers are couriers. Send a photograph and we will ship a replacement the same day. Do not bother returning the pieces.

Cancelling

If the parcel has not gone out yet we can cancel it outright. Reply to your receipt and say so.

Reply to your receipt — it reaches the same place and arrives with your order attached, which makes everything faster.
